You can take the Miniature Railway ride from Peasholm Gap, to the right of the Atlantis Water Park all the way to the Sea Life Centre at Scalby Mills. The railway was built in 1931, and is the longest municipal railway of its kind in the country. The train service operated for 198 days during 1998/99, and was used by almost 150,000 passengers!
