Marine Drive is the start of many an exhilarating walk on a rough day, although it is very important to take care when the seas are a bit lively, as the waves can come crashing right over the road.
On a nice warm summerŐs day there is nothing quite so nice as to buy a drink or an ice cream and wander along the beach front, taking in the crisp sea air and enjoying the sun in your face. Scarborough used to be a popular destination for health reasons, and it still makes you feel all the better to this day.
